Could someone from home care have a chat with Mr Patrick, maybe build a relationship which allows him to be prompted re. personal care, hopefully this would mean his relationship with his friend can be repaired

Look at his home, particularly his bathroom, to check if adaptions could make it easier for him to wash and care for himself

Is there a local support group who could help Mr Patrick with his chores and exercise?
