Your Learner Journey
Participants can be registered on to a course via the ‘Register for this course’ button on each learning course homepage. Learners registered on to a course will be sent their individual login details within 1 working day.
Each course participant has their own individual learner profile. From this profile they will be able to access the course(s) they have purchased; monitor how they have progressed through each course; and be kept up-to-date on any new courses that are developed.
The learning from each course is entirely free-form. Watch video classes, engage in activities and download digital resources whenever you like, in whichever order you like. Simply mark each task as ‘complete’ when you are ready.
Login to a course at any time and our course progression software will let you see which video classes you’ve already completed and where you left off last time.
Once you have marked the course as fully completed, a ‘certificate of completion’ will be available for you to download and/or print off.
If you wish to purchase more online courses, these will be added to your existing learner profile for you to access at any time. All the available content from all your courses will be accessible for you to watch or download whenever suits.
The figures below are from feedback forms completed by the over 5,000 learners who undertook Policy Hub courses as of January 2026.
