Working with us

We’d like to issue an open invitation – come work with us. Our aim is to foster long-term partnerships across the policy arena in Scotland. Whether you work for a large or small organisation, or are a freelance consultant, there are opportunities to create or partner in online learning courses with us – either as a Course Trainer or Coordinator…

Course Trainer

A Trainer will produce almost all of the video content for a course. Whilst there may be additional Contributors (eg. in discussion and Q&A sessions), the Trainer will be the public 'face' of the course and be responsible for providing the course content.

Course Coordinator

A Coordinator will lead on the development of a course, but will usually not produce the majority of the video content. Instead they will research and develop a course agenda and facilitate additional Contributors to participate in a course alongside them.

The benefits

Over 1,300 learners have undertaken our original four courses launched through the first half of 2021 – giving the courses an average, overall feedback score of 89%. Each of those courses currently has between 175 and 475 learners enrolled.

Course Trainers and Coordinators can enjoy…

  • A flexible and efficient way to reach a large audience of professionals
  • All work for a course is undertaken prior to the course going ‘live’ – which ensures there is less time pressure than when operating to a fixed date/time schedule
  • Lucrative fees paid, per hours worked.
